Warehouse Pick-up

We are happy to offer pick-ups from our Dandenong South warehouse! As we use a third-party warehousing provider we must stress this is for collection only. All items at our warehouse are flat-packed and there are no items on display. Orders need to be placed and paid online at least one full day in advance so that we can process the paperwork and our warehousing team has time to prepare the order for collection.

How do I select the pick-up option?

Customers from Melbourne (VIC 3000-3999) will be able to select the pick-up option during the check-out process.

Why do I get charged a pick-up handling fee?

We use a third-party to handle our warehousing and as a result we get charged a fee to facilitate pick-ups. We understand it may seem a little unorthodox to pay a pick-up handling fee but it covers moving the item from the racking to the pick-up area.

Do I need to let you know before picking the item up?

One of the great benefits of having a third-party shared warehouse is that the warehouse is always attended between 9am-5pm Mon-Fri (except public holidays).
